We rely entirely on the generosity of our supporters to provide the aid we send to Calais, and the funds we use to help refugees. We have no employees, no offices, and thus minimal administrative costs, so you can be sure any money you give goes directly to help those in need.
Donating clothing, bedding, food and other items
We currently have a drop off location in Aylesbury where you can leave donations, listed below.
We always require blankets, sleeping bags, phones with chargers, torches, and small and medium men’s clothes – especially hats, scarves and shoes.
We will always accept:
- Anything on Help Refugees’ needs list or the Dunkirk Refugee Womens Centre’s needs list
- Any dried or tinned food on Refugee Community Kitchen’s needs list. WE CANNOT TAKE VEGETABLES OR OTHER FRESH FOOD.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT DUVETS, LARGE MENS CLOTHING OR ANYTHING ELSE NOT ON THESE LISTS.
If you have a large amount of donations (i.e. more than a car boot full), please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a suitable time and place to drop them off.

The Vineyard Centre
If you have a potential venue we could use for future drop off days – e.g. a church or village hall, sports club or community centre – please do email email@example.com
Any donations we receive that cannot be used by refugee organisations will be donated to local charities or food banks as appropriate.
