Lot 3 – A week’s stay at an apartment near Perpignan, France
Old, shabby-chic townhouse set over three floors in a small medieval village in the South of France, which is 10 minutes drive from the centre of Perpignan & Perpignan Airport, and 20 minutes drive from the Mediterranean beach. It’s 20 minutes drive to the Spanish border, too.
It has three double bed bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen/ breakfast room, two lounges, a rear courtyard with gas BBQ and a roof terrace. Suitable for six people (three couples). There are also two child fold-up beds.
Other potential airports are Beziers, Gerona and Carcassonne (each about an hour away) or Barcelona, Toulouse and Montpellier (each around 2 hours away).
The winner can choose two consecutive weeks at any time of the year other than July-August, or, one week any- time during July-August, subject to availability.
